Venue and Seating Information
Steinberg Wellness Center is Long Island University's athletic facility in Brooklyn and hosts Sharks basketball games. Its indoor setting keeps the focus on the court, making it a convenient choice for fans looking for a campus game rather than a large-arena production.
Seating is arranged around the basketball court, so views and proximity can vary by section. Seats nearer midcourt generally provide a balanced view of play at both ends, while locations closer to the baseline can bring fans nearer to drives and rebounds at that end. Check the event seating map when choosing tickets, as available sections may vary.
Parking Information
Parking availability and rules can change, so confirm current arrangements before heading to the game. Consider these options when planning your visit:
- Look for public parking garages or paid lots in the surrounding Brooklyn neighborhood and verify hours and rates directly with the operator.
- Street parking may be available nearby, but posted restrictions, meters, and time limits apply.
Allow extra time to find parking and walk to the venue, particularly around event start time. Public transit or a rideshare can be practical alternatives if nearby parking is limited.
